This 33 year old guy felt that Bieber gets all the girls, so he should look like the kid and get all the girls too.. Either that or he wants to wear Justin Bieber's skin cause he is a creepy son of a ....
No, in all realness it took this guy 5 years of plastic surgery to look like his face was melting. He said the most costly was getting the smile surgery because he had to raise the upper lip and plump the bottom one to give him a more "Youthful" look.
So creepy
